Picture Safe - Hidden Photos App Reviews

The app works really well, but no way to get pictures out of the safe from your mobile device and to your PC for storage as needed. Customer support never gets back to you after numerous email asking for help on this issue.

ALL of my pictures have disappeared. Have sent multiple emails to developer with no response. Assuming since last update was in 2013 that app is no longer supported... WHERE ARE MY PICS?!?!?!

After I upgraded my phone to iOS 9 the app crashes every time I try to open it.

I have an iPhone 6s Plus. As others have said the makers abandoned this app for the PS2. Which is no longer available in our county. It was amazing. This app just crashes, cannot really support the features of ios8 and really cannot support ios9. I wouldnt recommend it now.

I had purchased the VS2 And it suddenly it disappeared. It states that is not available in the US. I bought it and they took my pictures and I do not have the apt any longer! This is not a safe site ! Or safe app!

All of my pictures and videos got deleted when I upgraded to iOS 9.

Importing .gif images from Photos within the app breaks the image, it no longer animates, just stays on the first frame. A deal breaker for me at this point.

If you get a new phone or delete the app, you lose ALL YOUR PHOTOS

Loved it used to work grate. problem is now that I have an iPhone 6s its doesnt let me save any more pics to the app. I press pics to save and it kicks me out after selecting three pics. Very glitchy

I tried it, it doesnt work, i think it might require a computer to transfer photos. I couldnt find a Privacy Policy or Terms of Service. I wasted $1-2 just to see if it worked! The way you know if theyre legit is by visiting the Developer Website. No wonder he has no good reviews since 2013-2014.

This has been my go to app of its kind , a good app overall , but the latest seems to have a glitch(es) At times its unresponsive when attempting to launch and then opens without passcode after closing but freezes up , AM I THE ONLY ONE EXPERIENCING THESE SYMPTOMS ???

Got new phone...files didnt transfer over and they wont answer me emails.

They havent updated this app in awhile and when youre uploading pictures it tends to crash your phone way to much! Its great on storing photos, but it takes me like 4-5 sessions to load them because the system continues to crash. Please update the system and fix the bugs and youll have a 5Star system

As long as your phone is functional, this app works great. BUT, if your phone decides to stop working one day, dont expect your backup of your phone in iTunes to carry over your info to the new phone. Logging in does not bring back your info either. Nothing. Works! And contacting their customer service... HA! What a joke! Sent email back in August 2015 and only received an automated email of their receipt of my email. Nothing else. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE ASSUME THAT YOUR PICTURES ARE ACCESSIBLE IN THIS APP AT ANY TIME/ALL THE TIME!! You will be sadly disappointed.

The program has lost audio for the video portion. When I added video 2 it got worse- now cannot upload videos and goes to streaming live only. Horrible. No site for troubleshooting. Dont buy!
