The ability to add photo is malfunctioning. I deleted the app before and re-downloaded it and got back my pics about 2 years ago but this time I lost it all

Since my iPhone updated, it wont upload photos anymore. Where is your support for this app? Did you guys fall asleep?

Used to be a great app. NO LONGER ALLOWS PICTURES TO BE UPLOADED since the last iOS update and no response from support. Sounds like they have abandoned the app

Unfortunately, this app does not work with Apples latest operating system, iOS 10, and I havent seen any updates.

This was a great app for the longest time but now it has too many glitches. It freezes up after a video playback and now it wont let me upload images to it. Im deleting this and fining an app that the developers want to update.

This app has worked well for years but as of iOS10 it no longer works correctly. The ability to add pictures to the app is broken (you can still add pictures but you have to be VERY fast with your fingers because the add button appears and disappears in less than a second. Its obvious the developers no longer care about the app and are not maintaining it. Find a different app, Im sure there are plenty of others at this point that work better and probably have more features.

I have been using this App for sometime and have never had trouble with it until I installed iOS 10. Will review it again with 5 stars when its updated.

When is a fix coming out ?

This app is a fraud! You pay $1 to get it. That only gets you the picture vault. It costs ya another $1 to secure videos. The neat discreet icon costs ya another $2!!! So, go ahead & buy this app if you like giving away money.

Every time I try and import a picture, and ad pops up, and says I should buy another of their apps. (pic safe2!) Since pic safe 1, isnt working correctly, why would I buy another version? I tap no thanks, and app closes. Emailing them does nothing, but send you FAQ responses. Since this issue isnt an FAQ, it doesnt help. This app used to work great, now its just crap. Do not buy, this app or pic safe 2.

Overall a fine app. The one thing Id like to see is the ability to copy a picture directly from the app. That way I could paste it in a message or email that Ive already started.

Great App … well worth the price. Easy to use, does the job as advertised.

I paid for an upgrade to a "gold" version that stores vids too.... just disappeared off my phone AND App Store.... now theres a SEPARATE app that I need to pay for AGAIN... REALLY?!

It allows you to store apps easily and securely. Only thing I wish they had was that when you select a photo to upload to app, it would check it off or something to let you know its been selected. Also to unselect pictures. IT WOULD MAKE LIFE SO MUCH EASIER

Any time I reinstall ios and with some updates it deletes my videos and pictures and makes me pay to re-upgrade to the picture safe with video support.

Overall, the app does what is expected. It takes your private pictures and locks them away. Unfortunately it does it by placing your pictures in an app that screams "Look at me! Im a safe! Open me!" An in app purchase is supposed to give you a new icon, but what it does is create a SECOND icon (hyperlink to the first) which means you now have two icons to hide instead of one. Secondly, it is supposed to take a picture of someone attempting to open the app. That feature also does not work properly. This app is like purchasing a safe then making it the coffee table in your living room.

I loved how this app has transformed but I miss the double tap of the screen to a default pic instead of the hovering to get you out of what you were looking at. Sometimes people know you were looking at a pic and you to need to keep that cover. Also the app icon should be an included feature in the upgrades especially if you are like me and bought the video and safe app. Not very discreet with a vault in my folders. My 3 will go to a 5 when you fix that stuff.
